📋 Description

• Assist the Head of People with day-to-day execution of Recruiting and People Operations priorities • Manage new-hire onboarding, including account activation, laptop shipment, background checks, system setup, and first-day coordination • Prepare offer letters and manage the transition from offer acceptance to company onboarding • Assist with employee benefits rollout, enrollment, coverage questions, and resources • Administer Warp and Rippling, including employee profiles, onboarding workflows, account provisioning, data accuracy, and troubleshooting • Manage employee payroll-related updates alongside the finance team • Maintain organized and confidential employee records • Create and improve onboarding checklists, templates, and repeatable processes • Respond to employee questions and involve appropriate internal or external partners when needed • Partner with leaders across corporate, customer experience, lab, and warehouse teams on Recruiting and People Operations needs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting a People Operations, Human Resources or Talent Acquisition team • Experience working with HR, payroll, or benefits systems; experience with Rippling is preferred • Recruitment Coordination experience; experience with Workable is preferred • Someone who is super tech-savvy and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written communication and people skills • Sound judgment when handling confidential employee information • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work without hand holding • The ability to manage several priorities at once and deliver results within tight timelines • Comfort working in a high-growth, start-up business where processes and responsibilities change often • A dependable and responsive working style • Flexibility to assist with occasional time-sensitive employee needs outside standard working hours
