📋 Description

• Manage Meta, Google, and other relevant paid media channels • Build and manage structured tests across media, creative, audiences, and offers • Analyze performance and make informed budget allocation decisions • Evaluate CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, payback, and other key business metrics • Connect advertising performance with broader commercial outcomes • Identify performance issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement • Turn analysis into clear recommendations for clients, founders, and senior stakeholders • Contribute to forecasting, attribution, and incrementality analysis • Work within structured experimentation and growth frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing • Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads • Solid understanding of eCommerce/DTC and paid acquisition • Comfortable working with performance and commercial data • Understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback, and profitability • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to turn data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients or senior stakeholders • Highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable working independently
