📋 Description

• Manage social media platforms to engage audiences and build a strong online presence • Maintain and assist with creating content for social media platforms and company websites • Create and maintain marketing materials, including company brochures, presentation decks, and sales blasts • Coordinate events and activities to foster industry involvement • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals and company initiatives • Assist with onboarding brand partner sales and marketing assets • Assist in developing and rolling out marketing plans across the organization • Research emerging digital marketing tools, social media, AI trends, and platforms • Attend corporate meetings and tradeshows as needed • Assist with special projects across departments • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent • Two (2) years of experience in marketing or engagement roles • Professional experience developing digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms • Experience analyzing marketing data and presenting to management • Ability to organize, manage and track progress of multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) • Experience with event planning and coordination • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools/applications • Track record of performance meeting targets and objectives • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and flexible • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Reside within or within a reasonable traveling distance to New England or Upstate/Western/Central New York region • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
