📋 Description

• Define and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and market opportunities • Lead development of differentiated, scalable solutions across global payroll, EOR, workforce management, and HR services • Drive customer-centric product design using data, insights, and client feedback • Establish product governance, lifecycle management, and commercialization strategies • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on product-market fit and competitive positioning • Lead global engineering teams delivering secure, scalable software platforms • Drive cloud-native, API-first, and microservices architecture adoption • Establish Agile/DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering excellence practices • Ensure reliability, performance, and uptime of platforms supporting 56+ countries • Oversee technical due diligence and integration for partnerships, acquisitions, and ecosystem expansion • Oversee internal IT strategy and enterprise systems including HRIS, finance platforms, and collaboration tools • Ensure cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance across geographies • Define data strategy and advance AI/automation in products and internal operations • Lead transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems and processes • Build scalable operating models and drive cost discipline and ROI-focused technology investments • Build and lead global Product, Engineering, and IT teams • Develop succession plans and leadership bench strength • Advise the CEO and Board on technology trends, risks, and investment priorities • Present product and technology strategy, roadmaps, and performance metrics at Board level • Represent Safeguard Global with clients, partners, and industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Engineering and Product management, including executive-level roles • Proven track record leading end-to-end SaaS/platform organizations at global scale • Experience overseeing both customer-facing products and internal IT functions • Strong understanding of global workforce, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent enterprise software ecosystems • Demonstrated success driving digital transformation and platform modernization • Experience managing distributed, multi-region teams and complex regulatory environments • Preferred experience in EOR, global payroll, or workforce management solutions • Background in integrating acquisitions or scaling through high-growth phases • Familiarity with compliance requirements across EU, APAC, and Americas
