📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and develop inventory control associates and inventory accounting processes • Oversee inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, and cycle count programs • Partner with Finance departments on inventory close requirements and reconciliations • Prepare accounting entries and review/approve general ledger reconciliations • Participate in inventory control-related company initiatives • Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and compliance standards • Develop and distribute inventory control reporting for leadership and decision-making • Lead root-cause analysis and corrective action initiatives • Support audits and system implementations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of progressive experience in Inventory Control, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related disciplines • Inventory control leadership experience required • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency • Oracle Fusion and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred
