📋 Description

• Act as the centralized point of inventory control for hardware assets using ServiceNow • Provide full Hardware Asset Management (HAM) services to maintain accurate visibility, accountability, and lifecycle control of physical IT assets • Track assets from acquisition through disposal and support audit readiness • Manage and document intake, put-away, and issuance of hardware and consumables in stockrooms and warehouses • Register, update, and audit asset records across their lifecycle using ServiceNow • Coordinate hardware deployments, device refreshes, and equipment retrieval for on-site and remote employees • Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements for compliance with vendor agreements and federal requirements • Support asset intake, deployment, transfer, and retirement processes • Maintain asset records aligned with procurement and inventory data • Coordinate reconciliation and audits with Asset Management task areas • Support software license tracking and compliance reporting • Create and maintain knowledge articles for common incidents and requests • Ensure knowledge content is reviewed and approved before publication • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues • Promote knowledge reuse to reduce incident resolution times • Retire outdated or inaccurate knowledge content

🎯 Requirements

• BS and 2+ years experience (4 years experience in lieu of degree) • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust requiring U.S. Citizenship • Have been a POC for hardware asset control • Hands on knowledge using ServiceNow to track hardware and software assets • Excellent communication and organizational skills
