📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support for cloud security, network security, proxy, and SASE/SSE capabilities • Receive, investigate, troubleshoot, document, and resolve O&M tickets, incidents, service requests, and customer-reported technical issues • Modify, implement, and troubleshoot proxy security policies and rules according to approved security requirements and operational procedures • Interface directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide status updates, explain technical issues, and coordinate resolutions • Analyze traffic flows, logs, alerts, and technical information to identify root causes of security and connectivity issues • Collaborate with network, cloud, cybersecurity, application, infrastructure, and service desk teams • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, configuration documentation, ticket documentation, and knowledge articles • Support and conduct implementation and testing of new security capabilities, technologies, and configuration changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred (4 years experience in lieu of degree) • 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, network engineering, cloud security, proxy administration, network security, or a closely related technical field • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust requiring U.S. Citizenship • Minimum 1 year+ hands-on experience configuring and maintaining SASE or SSE technology such as Netskope, Blue Coat, Zscaler, or comparable platforms • Demonstrated experience supporting O&M operations, including ticket management, incident troubleshooting, service requests, configuration changes, and issue resolution • Experience analyzing network traffic, logs, alerts, and system information to troubleshoot technical and security issues • Experience working with customers or stakeholders in a customer-facing technical support or engineering role • Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience documenting technical issues, troubleshooting activities, resolutions, and configuration changes • Ability to work with minimal supervision while collaborating with senior engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and technical issues in an operational environment
