📋 Description

• Interface daily with program managers, accounting, contracts, subcontracts, procurement organizations, and external customers to address operational issues • Prepare financial deliverables and internal/external reports • Participate in developing budgets and spend plans for assigned programs • Perform financial analysis on funding profiles and program financial variances • Conduct cost, schedule, and contract performance variance analysis • Submit and maintain purchase requisitions for subcontractors, consultants, and materials • Monitor subcontractor costs and review/approve invoices • Review, track, and approve customer invoice backup documentation • Multitask and support programs efficiently and accurately • Apply knowledge of the full program lifecycle from proposal development through contract closeout • Develop and propose courses of action and recommendations for financial issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 1 or more years of related experience • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred • Experience providing financial tracking and support in Program Control, Finance, Cost Estimating, Financial Analysis, or Accounting • Some knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles preferred • Understanding of ROS, ROC, annual operating plans, accounts receivable, revenue and profit forecasts, program baseline data, EAC development, and cost estimating/pricing • Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures • Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely • Robust analytical thinking to identify patterns and trends in financial data • Advanced Excel skills for data modeling, financial analysis, and formula knowledge • US citizenship • No clearance required to start; ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment
