📋 Description

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules • Work on several customers' platforms during the same period • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions • Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities • Customize ServiceNow catalog features, workflows, and functionalities • Customize ServiceNow asset management features and integrations with existing client software • Create catalog items and customize workflows • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging • Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations • Stay current with ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration • Four additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree • Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in one or more of: SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, HAM • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Script, and PowerShell • Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party integrations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Preferred: experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and other ITOM/ITAM functionalities • Preferred: familiarity with CMDB and its role in ITOM and ITAM processes • Preferred: prior experience in IT asset management and software license management
