📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults via telehealth • Conduct sessions fluently in Spanish within patients’ language and cultural context • Build individualized treatment plans around patients’ goals and needs • Manage an independent caseload and clinical decisions with support from the care team • Complete documentation in the EMR using AI-assisted notes • Join regular paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders • Collaborate with Care Navigators, Healthcare Advocates, Clinical Quality Leads, and provider support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Must be located in the United States • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where the role is posted • Fluent in English and Spanish; able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • At least 15 weekly sessions with Sailor Health • Part-time role starts at 15 hours/week for 1099 contractors; W2 role starts at 25 hours/week
