📋 Description

• Simultaneously lead indirect sourcing initiatives for Technology, including building successful sourcing strategies, driving strategic improvements, and delivering on operational targets, savings goals, and business strategies • Conduct total cost modeling and sensitivity/scenario analysis to help team members understand trade-offs and benefits to multiple outcomes • Assist with the analysis and planning for various components of indirect spend categories to ensure operational success and results • Use sourcing tools to support departmental efforts to refine and improve procurement processes and policies • Develop and manage relationships with business stakeholders and provide regular project status updates • Partner with multiple corporate functions (e.g., Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Legal, etc.) as part of your sourcing projects and related activities • Review, revise, and negotiate contract language • Assist in the development and management of strategic and complex contract renewals • Engage in supplier relationship activities (e.g., regular business reviews, vendor score carding, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing for Technology, which includes Infrastructure, Networking & Telecom, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Product, Cloud, etc. • Demonstrated capabilities of leading sourcing projects, contract negotiations and authoring, and driving savings/value • Strong relationship-building, verbal and written communication, interpersonal, motivational, and influencing skills; coordination across related disciplines and with key stakeholders • Experience coordinating teams, collecting insights, and constructively challenge internal stakeholders with conventional thinking • Understanding of multi-step strategic sourcing processes, sourcing tools, and strategies
