📋 Description

• Supervise multiple projects to ensure commitments related to time, quality, and communication are met • Work directly with clients to establish project schedules and set expectations • Apply water and wastewater utility engineering principles to project work • Serve as project manager lead and enhance client relationships • Build, lead, and direct staff and sub-consultants in project execution • Schedule and lead production staff meetings • Support practice building, organic growth, marketing, and business development • Mentor engineering professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering • 12+ years of related experience in water/wastewater projects in a design/engineering consulting environment • 12+ years as a licensed professional engineer • Professional Engineer (PE) required • Solid understanding of water and wastewater utility engineering principles, including wells, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems • Demonstrated success and expertise in water treatment design • Proven track record as a problem solver in a client-facing role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead staff and sub-consultants • Ability to win work, bring clients, and develop a self-sufficient team
