📋 Description

• Coach and guide Salesforce customers through complex organizational transformations • Lead and oversee holistic change strategies • Advance the Human-Centered Change practice and innovate HCC offerings • Build collaborative partnerships with customers, project leadership, and account leadership • Ensure successful delivery of HCC engagements and provide guidance to change management workstream members • Develop and execute change strategies for complex transformation initiatives • Drive senior leadership alignment and executive sponsorship • Serve as the central HCC accountability point for designated customer engagements • Use AI tools to improve change strategy development, workshop design, and client deliverables • Develop project scopes, timelines, and strategic roadmaps • Manage project scope changes, identify issues, and pivot as needed • Structure project work and plan and execute client proposals • Identify new business opportunities and connect appropriate stakeholders • Lead research, workshops, interviews, and synthesis throughout project lifecycles • Build customer and stakeholder relationships and clarify project roles, responsibilities, and vision • Lead, coordinate, and manage project teams • Maintain team motivation and morale • Resolve or escalate project team issues and conflicts • Partner with external clients and other partners • Manage HCC project teams with multidisciplinary backgrounds

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of industry experience in customer-facing roles • Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies • Strong proficiency with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Salesforce's LEVERs model and ADKAR • Ability to clearly articulate Human-Centered Change value to stakeholders at all levels • Demonstrated ability to design and implement monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success • Strong organizational change management experience • Strong research and synthesis skills using qualitative and quantitative data • Proven track record of building client relationships and working in client-facing roles • Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise software • Experience across B2B and B2C industries • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience strongly preferred • Change consulting background a plus • Experience across Financial Services, Health, or Life Sciences preferred • Prosci Certification preferred • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred • Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification preferred • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification preferred
