📋 Description

• Own claims end to end for assigned commercial accounts: intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, and reserve and resolution discussions • Run claims kickoff calls for new clients and monthly claim reviews for existing clients • Build standard operating procedures, reporting workflows, and employee-facing materials • Serve as the primary client contact for incidents including slip-and-fall claims and product recalls • Push carriers, third-party administrators, and defense counsel toward resolution • Feed claims insight into new business through loss analysis, claim history, and renewal positioning with the growth team • Report to the Head of Claims • Deliver clean account handoffs, completed kickoff calls and claims SOPs, and trusted client support within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial insurance claims, ideally in a brokerage or carrier setting • End-to-end claims management experience: intake, carrier reporting, adjuster follow-up, reserves, and resolution • Sound judgment with a clear sense of when to escalate • Strong client relationship and trust-building skills • Experience running client-facing meetings (kickoffs, claim reviews) • Ability to build SOPs, reporting workflows, and training materials from scratch • Comfortable as a primary contact during urgent or high-stress claims • Persistent in pushing carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel toward resolution • Able to turn claims data into insight for renewal positioning and new business • Strong communication and organizational skills
