📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic, trusted advisor for PACE (Product, Automotive, Consumer, Energy) industry clients, leveraging deep expertise in Data 360 • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value • Guide agents to support delivery outcomes • Collaborate across client organizations while teaching complex concepts and applying creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and advise on project strategies enabling technologies including the Salesforce platform • Lead workstreams in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements • Serve as a hands-on advisor connecting with technical and business stakeholders through the C-suite • Analyze requirements, information, issues, and obstacles to craft comprehensive solutions and resolve root causes • Co-create solution vision, own execution, and obtain customer acceptance of delivered solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with configuration and customization with Data 360 • Ability to drive agentic delivery, with experience in AI toolchains (eg. Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud, etc.) • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies • Customer qualification of a large scale/enterprise implementation with multiple work streams • Ability to communicate with people in diverse roles • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Technology, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree • Proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach • Proven results leading customer and/or partner success stories • Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations • Consulting experience strongly recommended
