📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value • Work collaboratively and teach complex concepts using creative, prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Keep programs on track while ensuring solutions are extendable and maintainable • Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions • Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform • Participate in presales and implementation, shaping, scoping, and solutioning engagements • Provide technical oversight and execution leadership on large-scale, mission-critical engagements • Mentor Salesforce teams and Federal clients • Drive architectural excellence, strategic customer alignment, and a high-performance team culture

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience on the Salesforce Platform (Core Sales/Services) within Public Sector • Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills • Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences • Ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop materials appropriate for the audience • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Acceptable results from a background investigation • Must obtain and maintain the specific level of U.S. Government security clearance required for this role • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required • Must not hold dual citizenship • Must agree to complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Metro DC located • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”) • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization • Application design and development background
