📋 Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Data 360 internally and with customers • Act as a strategic advisor helping customers unlock data from various enterprise systems • Help customers achieve or exceed goals and metrics while providing Data 360 best practices • Deliver high client satisfaction scores by ensuring value is realized through each engagement • Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously to meet or exceed utilization targets • Build a reputation as a trusted advisor among customers and the Data 360 community • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to drive services growth and account expansion • Maintain expertise in the evolving product roadmap and broader data platform landscape through continuous learning • Deliver complex technical solutions meeting customer business and technical requirements • Evaluate solution options and present and educate customers and partners • Identify and proactively manage risks and drive issues through complete resolution • Assess and shape customers' technical landscapes • Partner with account and delivery leadership to identify and grow customer-success-aligned business • Support Data 360 talent development through knowledge sharing, reusable assets, best practices, and cross-functional collaboration • Lead discussions on implementation methodology, architectural roadmaps, enterprise transformation strategy, and executive requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant Salesforce Data 360 experience or equivalent Customer Data Platform experience, such as Adobe AEP, Tealium AudienceStream, Segment, ActionIQ, or Treasure Data • Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud • Salesforce-related certifications are a plus, including Data 360 Consultant, AI Specialist, Data Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, and Sales Cloud Consultant • Data warehouse experience preferred, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, SQL Server, or marketing databases • Experience with data management, data transformation, and ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools or infrastructure • Data Architect skills such as data profiling, data quality analysis, MDMs, and fuzzy matching conventions are a plus • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Ability to conceptualize and create sophisticated diagrams and documents • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and thoroughly • Expertise in data integration, subscriber management, and identity resolution • Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases, is a plus • Ability to influence groups, facilitate solutions, lead discussions, and conduct executive-level requirement gathering and solution presentations • Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations is a plus • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent • Willingness to travel when needed, expected to be less than 50% • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, leadership, adaptability, and customer-success orientation
