📋 Description

• Manage the employee lifecycle for the assigned business function from offer through exit • Prepare offer letters and coordinate background checks, I-9, and right-to-work verification • Run onboarding and offboarding, including exit surveys • Maintain employee data in HiBob and ADP • Process hires, changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and organizational updates • Audit records and personnel files • Handle employee and manager questions through people@ and HappyFox • Resolve routine requests and escalate complex or sensitive issues • Support benefits and mobility questions and cases • Partner with People Business Partners and support employee relations cases • Maintain ER documentation and trackers, coordinate investigation logistics, and prepare PIP and termination paperwork • Project manage promotion processes and support compensation cycles • Manage engagement surveys and compile leadership-review data • Support QBRs and talent calibration conversations • Run reports, headcount reconciliations, data requests, audits, filings, I-9 compliance, record retention, and policy acknowledgments • Manage vendor invoices • Establish and maintain SOPs and improve HRIS and workflow processes • Serve as country expert and support country-specific documents, filings, vendor relationships, and local compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration • Hands-on HRIS experience • Experience with a case management tool such as JIRA, HappyFox, or ServiceNow • Strong attention to detail • Discretion with confidential data • Clear written communication • Comfort supporting business leaders and managers • Ability to work across time zones and cultures • Exposure to global employment practices and multi-country HR administration is preferred • Experience supporting a high-growth or sales-led organization is preferred • Experience with process documentation, reporting, or workflow automation is preferred
