📋 Description

• Lead and manage Prophecy's people function as the company scales • Manage end-to-end recruiting, including job postings, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and offboarding • Maintain accurate hiring documentation and recruiting systems • Oversee employee benefits administration, enrollment, renewals, and employee inquiries • Coordinate with benefits brokers, payroll providers, and external vendors • Serve as a trusted global HR resource and support engagement and recognition initiatives • Partner with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture • Coordinate performance review cycles, employee relations, and other HR programs • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws • Maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, required training, and employment records • Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations as needed • Streamline HR processes, maintain HR systems, and develop scalable practices • Maintain accurate employee data and provide HR metrics and reports to leadership • Support ongoing ad hoc projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in HR, with at least 2+ years owning multiple people functions • Bachelors or Masters Degree • Recruiting experience is a must • Knowledge of Rippling HRIS System • Working knowledge of US employment law; multi-state or international experience a plus • Strong analytical skills
