📋 Description

• Conduct thorough 90-minute psychiatric diagnostic evaluations for adults and older adults • Provide evidence-based mental health treatment • Develop individualized treatment plans • Manage psychiatric disorders using psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and non-pharmacologic approaches • Maintain an active intake schedule with follow-up visits • Utilize measurement-based care tools • Collaborate with care coordination and clinical team members • Identify patients appropriate for interventional psychiatry, including TMS/SAINT and Spravato, and initiate referrals • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulations • Receive clinical feedback, improve care, and participate in clinical consultation • Diagnose complex psychiatric conditions • Initiate and monitor psychopharmacological stabilization • Route patients into appropriate care pathways

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing • Board certification as a PMHNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) • Active DEA registration • Current BLS certification • Active and unencumbered NP license and NP furnishing number in California • NP103 status is preferred, but not required • Familiarity with Measurement-Based Care tools and interventional psychiatry modalities (TMS, esketamine/Spravato, accelerated neurostimulation) is highly preferred • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume intake environment with dynamic scheduling and tight care coordination workflows • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future
