📋 Description

• Advise and guide enterprise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal • Manage deployment of Samsara technology to enterprise customers • Build customer relationships and ensure successful solution deployment and adoption • Create launch plans and product-usage roadmaps • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health • Adapt implementation, training, and communication approaches to varied customer use cases and stakeholders • Manage a large book of customer engagements • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product • Explain Samsara’s IoT platform capabilities to executives and day-to-day users • Help customers improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred • Experience supporting or working with technical products • Experience with end-to-end system implementations • Excellent consultative skills • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution • Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS preferred • Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work in the company and specified work location
