📋 Description

• Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integrations with Laurel • Test deployed Boomi processes with clients and validate data integrity • Support transitions between billing systems and coordinate zero-downtime migration activities • Provide urgent support during high-pressure go-live periods • Monitor integration health across all client environments and respond to alerts • Investigate and resolve client-centric system alerts within the critical one-hour response target • Monitor Boomi Atoms and respond to shutdowns and flow exceptions • Troubleshoot data flow issues across Laurel, SAP S/4HANA, ERP environments, PMS platforms, APIs, and integration layers • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures • Coordinate rapid system shutdowns during critical incidents • Optimize integration performance by refactoring inefficient processes • Serve as Level 2 technical escalation for synchronization issues • Support Principal Partner Engineers with complex troubleshooting • Document issue patterns and create knowledge base articles • Collaborate with Engineering on code fixes and feature modifications • Maintain internal support and troubleshooting tools • Communicate directly with client technical contacts during escalations and outages • Coordinate resolutions with client technical teams and provide incident status updates • Participate in weekly check-in meetings with larger clients • Own monitoring and alerting workflows, integration improvements, and system migrations

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, technical support, or a similar role • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to trace data flow across multiple systems • Experience with REST APIs, SQL queries, and database concepts • Experience with iPaaS tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Zapier • Familiarity with alerting systems, log analysis, and proactive monitoring • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations during incidents • Calm and methodical approach to time-sensitive issues affecting client billing operations • Experience with SAP S/4HANA technical integration, BTP, REST APIs, and ERP architecture • SQL query writing and database troubleshooting • REST API testing and debugging using Postman, curl, or similar tools • Understanding of data sync patterns, bi-directional sync, and ETL processes • Experience with ticket/case management systems such as Jira, Linear, or ServiceNow • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship • Ability to support occasional evening/weekend work during critical cutovers
