📋 Description

• Build GenAI tools that help sellers find and connect with the right customers faster • Develop AI-powered copilots that surface CRM insights and sales knowledge in real time • Launch AI features that improve efficiency and personalization across the sales funnel • Work hands-on across the stack, from model experimentation to application development and infrastructure • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and sales operators • Partner with revenue operations, sales leadership, product, and engineering teams • Generate high-quality outreach at scale and build seller copilots • Enable voice and chat interfaces for customer engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience focused on software engineering, applied machine learning, or AI product development • Success building and deploying production-ready AI/ML applications, particularly generative AI • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG systems • Expert proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and MCP • Experience developing backend systems and APIs • Experience working with product and design teams to ship customer-facing features • Strong product sense and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Located in and authorized to work in the United States • Experience with sales, go-to-market, or revenue operations AI products • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, or similar CRM/enablement platforms • Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, or streaming voice/chat pipelines • Track record of leading technical initiatives or mentoring engineers • Exposure to cost optimization, model evaluation, observability, and latency management
