📋 Description

• Ensure SanMar customers comply with each state’s resale requirements • Process resale certificate renewals according to state schedules • Maintain working knowledge of various forms and state requirements • Monitor incoming faxes and emails for the Resale Team and route them as needed • Complete customer information updates within 24 hours, including address, name, and ownership changes • Assist with resale issues and renewals by working with customers, Inside Sales, and Credit departments • Request resale forms when required • Meet monthly state resale renewal project deadlines • Maintain and accurately update SanMar’s customer software and information systems • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Some customer service experience preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office • Track record demonstrating outstanding customer service skills • Proven track record demonstrating excellent attendance and punctuality • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed with minimal supervision • Ability to learn new processes and procedures, retain information, and use available resources to find answers and obtain information • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Flexible with change • Strong attention to detail • Self-motivated, self-directed, able to work independently and confidently • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00–5:00 PST • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform close visual computer work • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds
