📋 Description

• Build engagement plans with field partners to drive internal collaboration and generate field insights • Serve as a trusted scientific partner to external experts, decision-makers, and organizations • Conduct scientific presentations for healthcare providers on disease states and treatment landscapes • Communicate product benefits, risks, appropriate use, and clinical value accurately, fairly, and in a balanced manner • Understand countries’ medical priorities and align medical plans with business priorities • Gather and share clinical insights about patients, healthcare providers, and the healthcare ecosystem • Engage clinical investigators in support of Sanofi’s pipeline and investigator-sponsored studies • Respond to unsolicited medical-information requests • Build and develop peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations • Use CRM data and insights to drive timely scientific engagement • Engage key decision-makers and external experts for upcoming first-in-class/best-in-class launches • Conduct engagements with scientific experts at medical conferences • Navigate regional and local healthcare environments • Collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams on projects and territory/account plans • Document field interactions, insights, and knowledge surveys in CRM • Monitor individual and team goals • Create and maintain medical account plans • Complete assigned training and certifications • Stay current on scientific, technological, and regulatory advances • Develop Scientific Engagement skills and maintain an individual development plan

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, MS or equivalent clinical advanced degree) • Must reside in territory • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field medical or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry, OR demonstrated clinical experience in hemophilia or a related hematology therapeutic area • Prior MSL experience preferred • Experience in hemophilia, hematology, or rare blood disorders preferred • Prior experience working with healthcare systems, payers, KOLs, and clinical investigators preferred • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms preferred • Clinical research knowledge • Scientific leadership • Medical teaching • Healthcare policies and strategy • Biopharmaceutical industry knowledge • Knowledge sharing and technology adaptation • Stakeholder relationship management • Scientific communication • Strategic thinking and influencing others
