📋 Description

• Execute and receive dealer communications by phone, mail, and email regarding statements, payment instructions, cancellations, missing equipment claims, chargebacks, unwinds, and inquiries • Maintain understanding of Payments, Dealer Management, and Titles processes • Support dealer partners with customized solutions, including settlement negotiations and payment plans • Handle dealer complaints, inquiries, and requests through email, phone, and chat • Use conflict-resolution techniques during difficult dealer conversations • Escalate dealer and internal-partner complaints and issues • Analyze data to ensure deficiency balances and refunds are properly collected and distributed • Build dealership relationships and collaborate with Sales to support new business • Work with Payment Services, Sales Partners, Dealer Management, Titles, and other Santander teams • Analyze reports and spreadsheets, perform data entry or correction, and collaborate across departments • Document communication activity in the system of record • Complete functional processes on time and meet deadlines • Perform special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience — required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education — preferred • 1–3 years’ experience in the Auto Finance field — preferred • 1–3 years’ experience in Auto Dealer Services — preferred • Previous Collections, Call Center, or Auto Dealership experience — preferred • Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Intermediate to advanced typing and data-entry processing skills • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to educate customers on a service or product solution • Ability to respond to internal and external requests • Ability to adhere to management policies, procedures, and instructions • Ability to work effectively in a team or individually and achieve deadlines • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer sponsorship
