📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day support and service to assigned Santander clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face communication • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through suitable services and products • Answer client inquiries and educate clients on Santander products and services • Follow up on submitted paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely completion by internal departments • Handle customer requests including account opening, balance inquiries, wire processing, advances, transfers, payoffs, and loan paydowns • Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues and onboard new clients • Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, preparing packages, performing data entry, tracking vendor invoices, and gathering information • Prepare and distribute weekly ICC reports and packets; attend weekly meetings and take minutes • Assist Loan Officers and customers with transaction histories, cancelled checks, statements, account transfers, payments, payoff letters, and related requests • Type commitment letters and general correspondence • Maintain bankruptcy logs and prepare files for attorneys • Gather data and files for Compliance examinations • Process payment invoices through Concur • Maintain current evidence of insurance in credit files • Recognize cross-selling and retention opportunities • Meet compliance-testing expectations related to government banking regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education — Required • 3+ years of customer service, business process, or project management experience — Required • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) — Required • Proven customer service/relations skills • Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to operate office technology, including multi-line telephone systems, computers, copiers, and fax machines • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment • Frequent minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking; occasional moving and lifting of light equipment and/or furniture may be required depending on location
