📋 Description

• Work closely with the development team and company leaders to deliver high-quality website and program experiences • Lead development of high-quality products, driving projects to completion within scope and schedule • Oversee hands-on development using established programming languages, technical specifications, and methodologies • Test, analyze, and debug solutions across diverse environments • Provide expert guidance on complex technical issues and system performance • Direct production support initiatives and address potential issues • Create Proof-of-Concepts to evaluate innovative project approaches • Recommend cutting-edge technologies, tools, and practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives • Share knowledge and drive continuous improvement and accountability • Present and advocate for strategic technical decisions • Apply emerging technologies and industry best practices • Lead initiatives promoting high-quality user experiences and development standards • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering • Minimum of 5 years of full-stack development experience • Ruby on Rails experience required • Experience with JavaScript and jQuery • Experience with HTML, CSS, and cross-browser layout skills and knowledge of the full web technology stack • Experience with mobile site/application development and/or responsive web development • 3 years of eCommerce experience • Experience with AngularJS, React, or a lightweight front-end framework • Familiarity with advanced SQL queries • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize key initiatives, and meet deadlines • Ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet development schedules
