📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain data models, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure supporting business intelligence, enterprise analytics, Customer 360, and marketing activation workflows • Own enterprise data marts across Marketing, Product, Finance, Business Development, and Operations • Build and maintain ELT pipelines from MySQL and AWS into Snowflake • Develop clean, tested, and documented models across raw, staging, core, and gold layers • Own and enhance Customer 360, lifecycle, value, and marketing marts • Translate business requirements into data models • Implement data quality tests, documentation, and version control using dbt • Optimize Snowflake performance, warehouse strategy, search optimization, and costs • Support governance through tagging, masking, and secure views • Collaborate with engineering teams on schema design and data ingestion patterns • Build and maintain semantic layers for BI and cross-functional analytics • Ensure data reliability through monitoring, alerting, and SLAs • Support segmentation and activation through marketing tools such as CRM and CDP • Use Reverse ETL tools to deliver attributes and triggers to downstream systems • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and analysts • Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritization, and long-term data strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or similar roles • Expert SQL and Snowflake skills, including performance tuning and warehouse optimization • Strong experience with MySQL and AWS, including S3, Lambda, EC2, and Glue • Advanced proficiency with dbt, modular modeling, testing, and documentation • Deep experience designing dimensional models, fact tables, and governed semantic layers • Strong understanding of data governance, including PII handling, masking, RLS, and lineage • Experience building or owning Customer 360 or marketing-focused data products • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern development workflows • Preferred: experience with marketing automation or CRM tools • Preferred: experience with Reverse ETL platforms • Preferred: experience with identity resolution, consent models, or SCD2 lifecycle history • Preferred: familiarity with Python for automation or light data engineering • Preferred: experience supporting predictive modeling or ML feature pipelines • Preferred: experience in a modern data stack environment including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Airflow, Looker, and Power BI
