📋 Description

• Own the Oracle Cloud Procurement workstream on large ERP/SCM implementations and support engagements from Blueprint through go-live and hypercare • Lead requirements and design workshops with purchasing, Payables, and department requesters • Drive fit/gap decisions to documented, signed-off designs • Configure Oracle Cloud Procurement, including Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and Supplier Portal • Develop catalog strategy covering local catalogs, punchout, and smart forms • Design the procurement organization model, including business functions, business units, bill-to locations, service provider relationships, document styles, and supplier site assignments • Design requisition, purchase order, and agreement approval routing in BPM approval management • Own integrations with Payables, Inventory, Subledger Accounting, Projects, and General Ledger • Define supplier and open-transaction conversion requirements using FBDI; validate mock cycles and reconcile open commitments • Author and maintain FDDs, configuration workbooks, and process flows • Build test scenarios and lead SIT and UAT cycles, including defect triage and retest management • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions and support end-user training materials and job aids • Support cutover, hypercare, and production support through the first month-end close • Direct and mentor Procurement analysts and review their deliverables • Contribute procurement scope, estimates, and orals to proposals and statements of work

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle procurement functional experience (Oracle Cloud or E-Business Suite) • At least 3 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Procurement implementations • At least one Oracle Cloud Procurement implementation as workstream lead • Hands-on configuration expertise across Self Service Procurement and Purchasing • Experience with at least one of Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, or Procurement Contracts • Strong command of procure-to-pay design, including requisition-to-PO flow, blanket and contract agreements, approval hierarchies, receipt and match options, and receipt accrual accounting • Working knowledge of Procurement touchpoints with Payables, Inventory, Subledger Accounting, and General Ledger • Experience writing functional documentation, including FDDs, test scripts, and configuration workbooks • Experience facilitating workshops with purchasing and finance leadership • Experience leading SIT/UAT test cycles with structured defect management • Experience directing consultants or analysts and reviewing their work • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, accounting, information systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Oracle Cloud Procurement certification is nice to have • Public sector procurement experience for state, local, and education clients is nice to have • Experience with Supplier Portal, supplier onboarding, and punchout or cXML integrations is nice to have • Familiarity with OTBI procurement subject areas and FDI/FAW procurement reporting is nice to have • Consulting experience with direct client-facing delivery responsibility, including support for pursuits and orals, is nice to have
