📋 Description

• Define and enforce the procurement strategy for the Travel, Events, Contingent Labor & HR Services (C10) category • Collaborate with Global Business Units, Business Lines, and Global Category Managers • Select suppliers and manage supplier relationships to meet quality, price, timing, and business requirements • Develop and enrich the regional C10 category strategy across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons • Organize competitions and assess and select suppliers with entities and regions • Negotiate contracts and own supplier relationships • Assess and manage supplier risks • Manage the procurement portfolio for the entire NORAM and LATAM region • Identify, negotiate, and award contracts; manage risks and conflicts; monitor performance; and enforce service levels • Track category performance indicators including purchase volume, supplier count, negotiated price reductions and terms, delivery, quality, supply risk, cost of non-quality, and supplier strategy commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 8 or more years of experience in Procurement, or a combination of education and/or relevant experience as equivalency • At least 5 years of strategic sourcing and category/commodity management experience • Experience leading P3 sourcing projects greater than $300k spend and High Risk • Foundational knowledge of the regional market for the Travel, Contingent Labor and HR Services (C10) category • Knowledge of value analysis methods • Prior experience evaluating financial performance • Ability to evaluate risks and propose a mitigation plan • Ability to take ownership and drive projects to completion in a timely manner • Ability to lead negotiations with suppliers on P2 and P3 projects • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, up to 15% annually • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or assuming sponsorship of an employment visa • Successful completion of a post-offer background check • Master’s degree, solid experience on complex contract negotiations, a professional procurement certification, and bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese are ideal candidate qualifications
