📋 Description

• Develop and execute the enterprise process intelligence strategy • Establish process mining and process analytics as core capabilities within the Process Excellence CoE • Define the SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and related analytics roadmap • Establish standards for process discovery, process mining, conformance analysis, root-cause analysis, and process performance measurement • Identify and prioritize high-value processes for analytics and continuous improvement • Develop and maintain enterprise process architecture, process hierarchy, L0–L4 process models, and process relationships • Define process ownership, accountability, and governance • Maintain the enterprise process repository within SAP Signavio • Develop and maintain business process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager • Facilitate process discovery and documentation workshops • Document As-Is and To-Be processes and apply modeling standards • Lead process-mining analyses using SAP Signavio Process Intelligence • Analyze SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise-system data to identify bottlenecks, deviations, rework, delays, and automation opportunities • Perform conformance checking between designed processes and actual execution • Translate complex data into actionable business recommendations • Establish process KPIs, measurement frameworks, dashboards, baselines, and executive-level reporting • Partner with SAP functional teams to understand transactional data and support event-log extraction and preparation • Identify data-quality improvements affecting process analysis • Partner with Process Owners to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities • Quantify financial and operational impacts of process issues • Support Lean, Six Sigma, automation, business-transformation, and SAP S/4HANA optimization initiatives • Present findings to senior executives and business leaders • Develop data-driven business cases and facilitate executive and cross-functional reviews • Establish process intelligence methodologies, standards, and best practices • Develop process-mining and analytics competency • Mentor Senior Business Process Analysts and Process Analytics Analysts • Establish reusable analytical models and accelerators • Govern solution quality and build a process analytics community of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems or Business • 8–12+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, analytics, consulting, or a related discipline • 5+ years of experience with enterprise business processes • Demonstrated experience with process mining or advanced process analytics • Experience working with complex ERP environments • Experience with SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred • Experience leading cross-functional transformation or process-improvement initiatives • Proficiency with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence • Proficiency with SAP Signavio Process Modeler • Process mining experience • BPMN • SQL and data analysis • SAP S/4HANA transactional data • Business intelligence and visualization tools • Process KPI development • Data modeling and analytical techniques • Business process management • Process transformation • Continuous improvement • Root-cause analysis • Financial/business-case development • Executive communication • Stakeholder management • Workshop facilitation • Change management • Preferred: SAP Signavio certification • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification • Preferred: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience • Preferred: SAP Activate experience • Preferred: Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud • Preferred: Experience with SAP BTP • Preferred: Experience with automation/RPA • Preferred: Experience establishing a Process Excellence or Process Intelligence CoE • Preferred: Consulting or systems-integration experience
