📋 Description

• Contribute to the Identity and Access Management vision and roadmap • Lead operational strategy for Customer Identity and Access Management • Continuously evaluate operational approaches to reduce incidents and improve response times • Manage change and problem management to ensure service level agreements are met • Lead and mentor operations specialists and engineers • Manage Managed Service Provider vendor relationships and deliverables • Ensure vendor contractual obligations and high-quality service delivery align with CIAM objectives • Engage stakeholders across CIAM leadership, IT teams, and business units • Serve as the primary operations contact for CIAM • Provide operational updates and communications to stakeholders at all levels • Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and incident management effectiveness • Report operational metrics to improve transparency and drive CIAM operations improvements • Ensure secure, effective management and availability of customer identity services and CIAM platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Science, Technology, or Engineering • 5+ years of experience in a STEM field • At least 5 years of experience with Identity and Access Management technologies, processes, and capabilities • Operational leadership experience leading delivery and incident management teams/people • ITIL process experience, particularly with incident, problem, and change management • Deep understanding of IAM technologies, controls, and best practices, including adaptive authentication, PKI, and passwordless technologies • Working knowledge of IAM principles in a cloud-first environment • Understanding of PCI, SOX, and EU-GDPR regulations for IAM • Ability to influence technology teams to deliver a frictionless identity experience • Experience influencing teams and stakeholders without direct authority • Experience coaching individuals and leaders at multiple levels with tangible results • Experience contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans, identifying trends, and driving changes • Experience building relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments and delivering transparent reports to executives and leaders • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship • Successful completion of an interview required • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position • Experience with Ping suite of tools preferred • ITIL Certification, particularly ITIL Expert or Master, preferred
