• Create profitable growth by acquiring and maintaining new and existing client relationships and increasing market presence through superior, innovative, and personalized service • Develop and implement annual business plans • Deliver profitable growth of operating revenues and earnings budget using Sedgwick’s business processes • Generate and establish talent, management, and financial control plans for successful regional execution • Oversee assigned property and casualty staff to ensure efficient branch operation • Facilitate communication between internal and external customers • Monitor work product for validity and accuracy and ensure technically and grammatically correct delivery • Create and maintain customer and colleague satisfaction • Perform other duties as assigned • Support organizational quality programs • Travel as required • Administer company personnel policies and follow staffing standards and training recommendations • Interview, hire, and establish colleague performance development plans • Conduct colleague performance discussions • Provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred • Eight (8) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including technical multi-lines insurance claims adjusting and people leadership experience • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Leadership/management/motivational skills • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent negotiation skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies • Ability to handle work-related stress, multiple priorities, and deadlines • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time • Ability to kneel, squat or bend • Ability to work outdoors in hot and/or cold weather conditions • Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and reach/work overhead • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds • Ability to drive up to 4 hours per day • Continual use of manual dexterity • Hearing, vision, and talking
