📋 Description

• Leads transformation initiatives supporting business unit growth objectives and delivering measurable impact • Partners with divisional and functional leaders to identify and prioritize enterprise-critical initiatives • Designs and delivers transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams • Leads process redesign using data-driven thinking and technology enablement • Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact innovative solutions with technology and business leaders • Diagnoses root causes, solves complex business problems, and informs data-backed decisions • Executes change management strategies and engages stakeholders to drive adoption and cultural alignment • Advises leadership through strategic insight, executive presence, and clear communication • Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement • Builds and leads high-performing teams • Aligns diverse teams around shared goals and enables execution • Provides guidance, leadership, and motivation • Administers personnel policies and follows staffing and training recommendations • Interviews, hires, establishes performance development plans, and conducts performance discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred • Certification in one of the following areas required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, or Six Sigma • Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required • Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred • Proven track record in strategy execution, analytics initiatives, and large-scale change programs • Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills with ability to operate at senior leadership level • Analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations • Applied knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills • Proven management/leadership and negotiating skill • Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate, and constructive written reports • Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance competencies • Licenses as needed
