📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, development, and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions for Patient Services clients • Develop reporting, analytics, and insights solutions that deliver measurable performance against SLAs and KPIs • Lead onsite and offshore analysts in delivering actionable reporting, analytics, and insights • Conduct data deep dives and root cause analyses addressing access, affordability, and adherence challenges • Support clients and business partners through operational excellence, strategic thinking, decision-making, and project prioritization • Establish a strategic vision and roadmap for innovative analytics solutions • Collaborate across Client Services, Operations, Product, Innovation, Data, and IT • Provide strategic input across a portfolio of clients and projects • Support business development through pitches, proposals, presentations, and marketing initiatives • Develop scalable best practices, processes, and product offerings • Translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations supporting business growth and P&L objectives • Collaborate with product owners and technical resources on business and technical requirements • Write acceptance criteria and collaborate with QA on test plans • Create user experience deliverables including wireframes and navigation flows • Establish team direction, priorities, objectives, and expected outcomes • Manage employee performance, workflows, resources, and priorities • Build a talent pipeline; interview, select, onboard, supervise, and develop team members • Conduct performance reviews and development discussions • Foster accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, health policy, STEM, or business • 12+ years of overall experience focused on healthcare data, especially patient-level data • Expert-level SQL, Tableau, and Power BI • Experience with SFDC and internal CRM/pharmacy systems • Experience with JIRA and Smartsheet • Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills • Hands-on data science, machine learning, and Python modeling/programming experience • Strong customer analytics and logical thinking skills • Ability to communicate clearly and present analytics findings to senior leadership and executives • Experience independently leading client engagements, stakeholder management, risk analysis, and success metrics tracking • Experience supporting proposals, pitches, RFPs, and sales presentations • Preferred: 11+ years of patient services data analytics experience • Preferred certifications: Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Power BI, AWS, PMP, or PgMP • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, 5 days per week • Travel 10% or less
