📋 Description

• Lead frontend implementation of new features from Figma through production • Translate designs into production-ready code with attention to spacing, typography, motion, and responsiveness • Own frontend architecture for features, including state management, data fetching, rendering performance, and test coverage • Build accessible, performant interfaces across browsers and devices • Ship safely using feature flags, A/B tests, instrumentation, and rollback paths • Partner early with Design and Product to assess feasibility and resolve ambiguity • Build reusable React components in the shared design-system library • Follow design-system architecture, APIs, and documentation standards • Apply design tokens and theming consistently • Document components with usage guidelines, code examples, and Storybook stories • Conduct code reviews covering component design, accessibility, and visual fidelity • Mentor engineers through pairing • Champion consistent use of the shared component library across web applications

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering • Strong portfolio or GitHub demonstrating frontend work and UI craft • Track record of shipping production frontend features end-to-end and on schedule • Experience working day to day with designers and product managers • Expert-level React and Next.js • TypeScript required • Strong understanding of design systems, design tokens, and component API design • Strong fundamentals in state management, data fetching, rendering performance/Core Web Vitals, and testing • Comfortable working from Figma designs and specifications • Experience with Storybook • Experience with at least one of CSS-in-JS, CSS Modules, or Tailwind CSS • Working knowledge of WCAG web accessibility standards • Clear communication and ability to articulate design and technical trade-offs • Comfortable working within an architecture owned by someone else while contributing an independent point of view • Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback • Fluency in English is not explicitly required
