📋 Description

• Manage Seed Company’s submission of approved Scripture materials to the Digital Bible Library • Coordinate preparation, validation, approval, and submission of consultant-approved Scripture text, audio, and video • Ensure files, metadata, permissions, rights, contributor information, and organizational attribution are complete, accurate, and compliant • Partner with Field Operations teams and external organizations to identify eligible materials, obtain missing information, resolve submission issues, and verify completed uploads • Track submission status, forecasts, risks, All Access Goal progress, and associated Seed Company points • Provide timely reporting to relevant teams and leadership • Maintain accurate language information, including names, ISO and language-variety codes, population data, alternate names, and project milestones • Validate and reconcile language and project information across internal systems, the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, Progress Bible, and ETEN • Research and resolve missing, duplicate, conflicting, or outdated language records • Establish and maintain documentation, standards, and data-quality practices • Serve as a resource on All Access Goal language status and provide language and milestone data for planning, reporting, grant and funding requests, and organizational decision-making • Maintain working relationships and communication with Field Operations teams, leadership, and partner organizations • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, reference materials, and tracking documentation • Protect sensitive project, partner, contributor, and rights information • Supervise 1-3 staff members on the Digital Scripture and Language-Data team • Attend meetings and task force groups and maintain knowledge of procedures, requirements, processes, and policies • Lead or participate in organization-wide projects and task force groups • Perform additional assignments as required or directed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a God-honoring lifestyle • Passion for God’s Word and its provision for every people group • Commitment to championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred • 3-5 years of experience managing data, workflows, projects, tracking, forecasting, or reporting • At least 1 year of experience providing team leadership, coaching others, or supervising staff preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and data sets accurately • Strong written, verbal, and cross-cultural communication skills • Ability to teach processes and concepts to others • Ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams and partner organizations • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel • Familiarity with Monday.com preferred • Familiarity with the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, or language-data systems preferred • Willingness and ability to develop proficiency with the Digital Bible Library, Paratext Registry, and relevant language-data requirements, tools, and best practices required • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for up to 3-6 weeks per year • Ability to work in locations with limited internet access, environmental controls, transportation infrastructure, or medical assistance when traveling
