📋 Description

• Develop and execute an enterprise AI roadmap aligned with business priorities and corporate transformation objectives • Establish responsible AI, data privacy and security, AI risk management, technology evaluation, and investment governance frameworks • Create an operating model for identifying, evaluating, piloting, and scaling AI opportunities • Partner with executive leadership to define measurable business value from AI • Identify and implement AI solutions across Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, Operations, and administrative functions • Drive adoption of AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, accelerate insights, and enhance decision-making • Evaluate AI-powered knowledge management, document intelligence, employee assistants, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, and process optimization • Define success metrics and measure business impact from AI investments • Lead the product lifecycle for enterprise AI capabilities from discovery through implementation and scaling • Translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions with technology, data, and functional leaders • Manage proofs of concept, pilots, and innovation initiatives • Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and external technologies • Connect business leaders, technology teams, data teams, and AI partners • Build partnerships with internal teams and external AI providers • Establish AI literacy and enablement programs • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of data product managers, analysts, and engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in digital product management, product strategy, and AI leadership • Ideally experience within digital products or consumer ecosystems • Demonstrated success building or scaling AI across an enterprise • Strong technical fluency in AI/ML model deployment and governance frameworks • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact through data • Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with experience influencing at executive levels • Deep passion for transforming data into personalized, immersive customer experiences • Ability to build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of data product managers, analysts, and engineers • Ability to foster an Agile, high-performance culture • Ability to partner with engineering and AI research leaders • Knowledge of data, AI, and machine learning trends
