📋 Description

• Prepare manpower reports, financial records, and briefing charts for the ARAT program office • Perform quality assurance, tracking, and archiving of travel requests and associated trip reports • Execute and maintain Common Access Card tracking while handling PII in accordance with Army records and privacy requirements • Support monthly financial reporting across all ARAT-funded activities • Assemble data for the Monthly Status Report and Program Objective Memorandum review packages • Capture and publish meeting minutes for engineering briefs, staff briefings, financial meetings, and ad hoc sessions • Maintain document version control and file plan discipline for program records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline • 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in program and project management • Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application • Identifying and Safeguarding PII training • Records management training for maintaining ARAT financial records • Ability to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland for reviews and integration events • Signed non-disclosure agreement required before start of performance • DoD and Army training set: DoD Cyber Awareness Challenge, TARP, annual security refresher, insider threat awareness, controlled unclassified information handling, Antiterrorism Level I, iWATCH briefing, ATCTS registration, and installation access processing
