📋 Description

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues • Engage with clients and ensure customer satisfaction • Serve as customer contact for technical and service-related problems • Commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair power conversion and generation equipment at customer sites • Perform preventive maintenance and control integration • Create reports analyzing product failures and issues • Provide feedback on product enhancements • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements • Determine cost-effective repairs or resolutions to minimize customer downtime • Develop technical procedures and train operators • Travel up to 50% to customer sites across the U.S.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong organization, planning, and time management skills • Accountability for achieving goals and standards • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR • Non-U.S. persons may not be eligible to obtain required authorization
