📋 Description

• Recruit top talent across SentinelOne's Americas Enterprise and Commercial Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel Sales, and other go-to-market teams • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates • Source and maintain pipelines of strong passive candidates across go-to-market functions • Partner with executives and stakeholders on recruiting strategies, critical decisions, and creative talent acquisition approaches • Advocate for clients and candidates through regular touchpoints and thorough follow-through • Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives that improve processes for the recruiting team, candidates, and hiring panel • Use recruiting tools to source and creatively engage candidates • Work with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience • Manage recruiting-related projects while upholding high recruiting standards and candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record hiring quota-carrying GTM talent (AE, SE, Channel, etc) in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity • Deep outbound sourcing expertise, including competitor org mapping, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and referral networks • Strong GTM domain fluency, including sales motions and methodologies such as MEDDPICC • Ability to critically assess sales track records, quota attainment, quota size, deal size, ramp time, and new logo versus expansion mix • Experience partnering with senior sales leadership as a trusted talent advisor • Ability to manage 10-15 concurrent requisitions across segments without sacrificing candidate quality or experience • Data-driven recruiting approach using funnel conversion, time-to-fill, source-of-hire, and offer acceptance metrics • Fluency with AI as part of recruiting work • Compensation and equity literacy, including negotiating total compensation packages
