📋 Description

• Support deployment and sustainment of Lean and SSPS programs across all plants • Develop Lean and mattress manufacturing content and train and coach CI Managers, plant leadership, and operational teams • Analyze plant processes to identify, standardize, and deploy best practices throughout the network • Support annual Value Stream Mapping and Bedding Assessment activities • Identify, justify, and lead cost savings initiatives at scale • Lead and facilitate Kaizen activities, continuous improvement projects, problem-solving, and corrective actions • Drive Daily Management Rhythm compliance throughout the network • Manage corporate initiatives to improve SQDCP metrics network-wide • Develop and update Standard Work • Design and deliver Lean Fundamentals training • Mentor CI Managers in project management, Lean techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies • Lead and support strategic projects impacting multiple plants • Manage network-wide Kaizen roadmaps and improvement plans • Track, monitor, and report project status and effectiveness using KPIs • Support senior leadership with strategic planning and execution • Document and deploy best practices across all sites • Develop the Bedding Assessment process for network standardization and compliance • Conduct audits and assessments to drive SQDCP improvements and standardization • Collaborate with plant leadership, CI Managers, and cross-functional teams • Present improvement initiatives, results, and recommendations to senior leadership • Network with plants and external partners to leverage ideas and innovations • Adapt to evolving business priorities and champion new continuous improvement ideas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or operations, with preferred multi-site responsibility • Experience training and mentoring leaders in Lean techniques • Proven experience leading network-wide Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives • Experienced knowledge of Lean concepts and tools, including 5S, value stream mapping, line balancing, visual workplace, flow and pull manufacturing, and Pareto analysis • Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Power BI • Working knowledge of AI tools • Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills at multiple organizational levels • Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels • Proven ability to influence others using data driven models • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Certified Six Sigma Black or equivalent preferred • Experience in mattress manufacturing or similar industry preferred
