📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and support the recruiting team • Oversee daily recruiting operations and workflows • Establish hiring priorities, timelines, and staffing plans • Ensure recruiting goals and deadlines are consistently met • Oversee recruitment for administrative, management, and outsourced roles • Manage and monitor sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes • Partner with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements • Ensure hiring practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws • Maintain compliance with internal policies, documentation, and onboarding requirements • Ensure accurate and timely completion of hiring and onboarding paperwork • Support audits and compliance reviews related to recruiting and hiring • Identify gaps and implement improvements to recruiting procedures • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools • Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality-of-hire standards • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring volume • Report recruiting progress and challenges to HR leadership • Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting-related matters • Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership or management experience • Strong understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance • Experience recruiting administrative, management, and outsourced roles • Proven ability to meet hiring goals in fast-paced environments • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Experience managing remote recruiting teams (preferred) • Experience with ATS and HRIS systems (preferred) • Background in multi-site or high-volume hiring (preferred) • HR or recruiting certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) (preferred)
