📋 Description

• Lead execution of the agentic onboarding strategy across new and existing customers • Drive agentic success through insights, health monitoring and recommendations • Own support resolution through agent-based issue resolution • Use field results to shape future strategy phases • Hire, coach and grow a team of PMs • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Agent Platform and post-sales teams • Rally domain teams involved in customer onboarding with clear ownership and shared tracking • Define and track metrics for time to value, product utilization, support resolution and churn

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including managing PMs • Track record of executing complex, multi-team strategies to measurable results • Experience improving onboarding, activation or time to value in B2B SaaS • Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic products • Fluency in evaluation and data science tradeoffs • Comfort partnering closely with operations, implementation, support and customer success teams • Clear executive communication • Judgment to make calls under ambiguity • Vertical SaaS or field service experience is a plus
