📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders by identifying business problems and proposing scalable processes and solutions across the customer journey • Document and analyze current-state workflows and develop process-improvement points of view through process mapping • Manage and develop team members, allocate capacity, hold the team accountable, and delegate work across U.S. and international team members • Design and deliver process and efficiency solutions across Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight • Advance AI tooling and apply an AI-first mindset to solution design • Implement and maintain KPIs and use data-driven insights to identify continuous improvement opportunities • Own initiatives end-to-end, including timelines, requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, testing, launch, and post-launch support • Own change-management plans, assessments, and coordination with the enablement team • Prioritize work based on impact, urgency, and business goals • Build cross-functional stakeholder relationships and tailor solutions to operational needs • Make decisions using business judgment, data analysis, and stakeholder input • Participate in SDLC events including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos, and UAT • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional and technical specifications • Lead UAT to validate solution requirements and functionality • Gather post-launch user feedback and analyze usage data for future enhancements • Align business roadmaps with cross-team capacity and system-development prioritization • Handle ad hoc and business-as-usual stakeholder requests

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related work experience in business operations within SaaS, with strong knowledge of the customer journey • Experience independently managing complex projects with minimal supervision • Experience leading teams and developing team members while balancing individual contributor ownership with delegation • Experience leading business transformation or cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes • Experience with AI tooling such as Claude and Cursor • Strong prioritization skills and experience managing a portfolio of projects and BAU work • Experience creating process maps, writing technical user stories, documenting business requirements, and running user acceptance tests • Strong cross-functional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication • Ability to prioritize and manage changing priorities, recurring tasks, ongoing work, and major projects • Ability to use business information and judgment to make effective decisions • Understanding of business processes and ability to apply system and process best practices • Self-sufficient, self-starting, forward- and critical-thinking problem solver able to work with little direct supervision • Salesforce experience is required, with excellent understanding of best practices and functionality • Gainsight, Salesloft, and/or Smartsheet experience preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related engineering or business field favorable but not required
