📋 Description

• Hit sales goals set by the VP of Sales and Inside Sales Manager • Deliver a strong customer experience and close business with direct consumers and direct groups • Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospects • Follow up on leads through outbound calls, email, chat, and text • Present the right product and close sales • Identify upsell opportunities and additional services based on customer needs and travel plans • Manage phone, email, and live chat channels • Help customers navigate questions, concerns, and unique situations • Partner across departments to resolve issues and ensure customers get the right solution • Maintain consistent inbound/outbound activity to drive revenue and results • Participate in training and coaching • Use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage the sales pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • P&C License, or the ability to pass the examination within 30 days of employment • Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence • Excellent listening skills • Ability to present options clearly and simply • Customer-first mindset • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals • Comfort multitasking across calls, email, and live chat • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices • Ability to use Salesforce to document leads, track follow-up, and manage the pipeline effectively
