📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting • Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed • Work remotely in a fully flexible, supportive environment • Support women through reproductive life stages using a holistic clinical model • Deliver evidence-based behavioral healthcare for conditions including depression and anxiety

🎯 Requirements

• Experience, skill, and passion for facilitating online individual therapy and serving women’s mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause • Clinical expertise utilizing evidence-based models of care • Strong verbal and written communication • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic medical records, and Google Suite • Must be located and fully licensed in Nevada • Must be independently licensed as a professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist, with an active license • Multi-state licenses including at least two listed states preferred: Arizona, District of Columbia, California, Maryland, North Carolina, Nevada, New Jersey, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and/or Virginia • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in women’s mental health, focused on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause • Experience working in a telehealth setting • Tech savvy and experienced with electronic medical records • Comfortable learning new systems • Desire to improve mental health outcomes and support an underserved population • Bilingual is a plus
