📋 Description

• Serve as the executive voice and subject matter expert for SHI Agentic within Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance • Identify industry-specific pain points, operational levers, and buyer personas • Lead executive discovery sessions • Scope Agentic Camp engagements, develop pricing, and secure customer commitments • Own end-to-end deal cycles from qualification through contract close • Build and maintain trusted C-suite relationships as the primary customer point of contact • Expand initial engagements into recurring managed services contracts, including multi-year commitments • Partner with a senior Forward Deployed Engineer for solution delivery while retaining commercial ownership • Develop repeatable commercial and delivery templates, vertical playbooks, and best-practices libraries • Position SHI Agentic as an industry leader through executive engagement and industry presence • Meet or exceed pipeline, deal closure, consulting transition, and managed services expansion targets • Complete Palantir platform immersion and certification requirements within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s or equivalent advanced degree preferred • Experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Finance • Demonstrated experience building or delivering AI/agentic solutions • Deep knowledge of an assigned industry vertical, including operations, market trends, competitive landscapes, regulatory considerations, and customer priorities • Expert consultative sales, executive engagement, and commercial acumen • Experience leading complex customer engagements and cross-functional teams • Technical business literacy covering systems integration, data flows, platform capabilities, solution architectures, and technology-enabled transformation • Expertise in data privacy and governance • Willingness to travel 30–40% during active engagements and 20% between engagements • Commitment to completing Palantir platform immersion and Ontologize Certification within the first 90 days
