📋 Description

• Provide strategic direction for the global technology function, aligning initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategy • Oversee the architecture, development, and implementation of technology infrastructure, platforms, and applications • Ensure enterprise-wide data security, system integrity, and resilience of technology environments • Manage technology budgets, resource allocation, and external vendor and partner relationships • Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs and ensure successful delivery against business goals • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the technology organization • Partner with business leaders to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational performance • Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards • Represent the technology function in executive forums, providing insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience required • Extensive experience in information technology, including significant leadership experience • Proven track record of managing global teams and enterprise-scale technology functions • Advanced expertise in IT operations, systems management, and enterprise technology environments • Strong understanding of global business operations, market dynamics, and competitive positioning • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, digital technologies, and modern architecture frameworks • Advanced proficiency in cybersecurity principles and risk management • Proven capability in strategic planning and execution of large-scale initiatives • Expertise in performance management and team leadership across diverse, global teams • Ability to travel internationally as required • Willingness to engage with global stakeholders, partners, and industry forums
